This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for premium subscriptions purchased through The Tiny Rock.
Subscription Billing
Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless canceled. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Once canceled, you will continue to have premium access until the end of your current billing period, unless a refund is issued (in which case access may end when the refund is processed).
14-Day Refunds
If you purchase a premium subscription, you may request a refund within 14 days of the payment date (including renewals).
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge.
- Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method via our payment provider.
- We may decline refund requests where we reasonably believe there is abuse (for example, repeated refund requests after consuming substantial premium benefits).
To request a refund, email support@thetinyrock.com and include the email address used at checkout and the approximate purchase date.
After 14 Days
After the 14-day window, subscription payments are generally non-refundable. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
In limited cases (for example, a duplicate charge or billing error), we may still help resolve the issue and issue a refund if appropriate.
Chargebacks & Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can help resolve the issue quickly. Initiating a chargeback may delay resolution and could result in loss of access while the dispute is investigated.
Reward & Participation Programs
Participation incentives, rewards, or bonuses offered by The Tiny Rock are separate from subscription purchases and are not refundable. Subscription fees do not guarantee earnings or payouts.
